DBERRY CONSULTING SASU is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. Contact: info@dberryconsulting.com.
This site has no forms, no newsletter, no analytics and no advertising. It collects as little as possible.
What is processed, why, and for how long
Website hosting. When you visit, our host Netlify processes technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). These logs are kept by Netlify for a short period under its own policy.
Emails you send us. If you write to info@dberryconsulting.com, we use your name, contact details and message to reply and, where relevant, to prepare or carry out an engagement. Legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest in responding, or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). Kept for up to three years after our last exchange, unless a contract requires longer (accounting records: ten years).
Booking a call. Appointments are booked through Calendly, which acts under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email and any details you enter, and use them only to hold the meeting. Kept on the same basis and for the same period as emails.
Drift Check. Your answers stay in your browser. Nothing is sent to us or stored.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking. It remembers your language choice in your browser's local storage; this is strictly necessary to provide the service you asked for and is exempt from consent under CNIL guidance. Fonts are hosted on this site, so no request is made to Google.
The Calendly booking calendar loads only when you click to open it. Calendly may then set its own cookies, which are governed by its policy. Links to LinkedIn open LinkedIn's own site.
Recipients and transfers outside the EU
Your data is never sold or shared for marketing. It is accessible only to DBERRY CONSULTING and to the service providers named above. Netlify, Inc. and Calendly LLC are based in the United States; transfers rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for portability, by writing to info@dberryconsulting.com. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
